This month’s Cupcake Hero was a bit of a strange one–Jalapeños. If nothing else, it forced the contestants to be creative! This was a hard one for me, because I don’t really like peppers. But I gave it my best shot, and the cupcakes actually got really great reviews from my coworkers!

My awesome guy decided to surprise me with an assortment of goodies from my Amazon.com wishlist, as well as a kitty toy for Bubba. Amazingly enough, Bubba actually seems to love the toy. He usually just ignores the ones I bring home. My guy’s the best!
